new URL pattern FTW

the URL aliases for Blogs, Photos, Videos, and Forums now include Node ID. We did this fora few reasons:

  1. UGC that had a title with only special characters were creating empty URL aliases, that redirect /photo to a random node page
  2. Prevents collisions when 2 pieces of content have the sametitle, and eliminates the need to auto-increment the URL alias when that occurs.
